Job Summary




  • The General Manager will oversee the full operations of the company across its three branches, ensuring smooth functioning of sales, operations, finance, logistics, and marketing.

  • The GM is responsible for driving growth, maintaining high operational standards, and strengthening the brand’s presence in the Nigerian market.



Key Responsibilities

Operations & Branch Management:




  • Supervise daily operations across all branches.

  • Monitor branch performance, staff productivity, customer service, and stock levels.

  • Ensure processes, policies, and quality standards are strictly followed.



Sales & Marketing:




  • Drive sales growth and ensure all branches hit targets.

  • Develop and execute marketing plans, promotions, digital marketing initiatives, and brand-building activities.

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to support business expansion.



Finance & Accounts Oversight:




  • Supervise accounting activities, reconciliations, and cash-flow management.

  • Control expenditures, operational costs, and enforce financial discipline across branches.



Logistics & Supply Chain:




  • Oversee warehouse operations, inventory controls, and product distribution to branches.

  • Ensure fast-moving products are always in stock and logistics are timely and cost-efficient.



Team Leadership:




  • Manage and support branch managers and staff.

  • Conduct training, performance reviews, and maintain a disciplined, positive work environment.



Reporting & Compliance:




  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales, operations, and finances.

  • Ensure compliance with all Nigerian regulatory requirements (NAFDAC, SON, tax, labour laws).



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or similar fields.

  • 7+ years experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, or retail operations.

  • Strong leadership, financial understanding, and marketing skills.

  • Experience managing multi-branch operations in Nigeria.
