Responsibilities
- Event Planning and Execution: The primary duty is to plan and execute a variety of surprise experiences, such as birthday surprises, marriage proposals, anniversaries, and dinner dates. This includes coordinating logistics, timelines, and necessary vendors to ensure a seamless and memorable event.
- Client Management: The manager must work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for the surprise. They manage communication, address complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction from initial consultation to the final delivery.
- Logistics and Coordination: This involves managing the practical aspects of the surprise, which can include sourcing and coordinating suppliers, arranging deliveries, managing inventory of gift items, and overseeing the physical setup and decoration of venues.
- Team Supervision: The manager is responsible for leading a team, which may include gift shop assistants, event staff, and delivery personnel. Duties include creating schedules, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and training new employees to ensure the entire team delivers exceptional service.
- Quality Control: The role requires ensuring all aspects of the surprise meet quality standards, from the presentation of gift items to the execution of the event itself, to create "breathtaking" and "luxury" experiences as promised by the company.
- Business Operations: General business responsibilities may include monitoring budgets, managing costs, assisting with marketing initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Qualification: OND / HND / BSc
- Experience: 1 - 3 years
