Drive sales performance using the sales van, achieve targets, expand retail coverage, and ensure effective product distribution within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Drive van sales and redistribute stock to retail outlets.
Cover assigned routes and recruit new retail outlets daily.
Achieve sales targets (SKU, value, and territory).
Introduce and promote products to customers.
Submit daily DRAR sales reports.
Ensure proper van use, fuel management, and cost control.
Requirements
ND / NCE qualification
Minimum of 2 years sales/van sales experience
Valid driver’s license
Strong selling, negotiation, and customer management skills
