We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Back Office Customer Service Executive to support and enhance our operations.
The successful candidate will function in a senior capacity, handling complex administrative processes, coordinating internal activities, and ensuring efficient data management.
Strong Excel proficiency, superb writing skills, and the ability to work with ERP systems to extract and interpret information are essential.
Candidates with 4–5 years of relevant experience are preferred, and an MBA is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide senior-level back office support for customer service and operational activities.
Utilize ERP software to extract, analyze, and interpret operational and performance data.
Prepare accurate Excel reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries.
Draft professional correspondence, internal communications, and administrative documentation.
Coordinate seamlessly across departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and operational efficiency.
Support process improvement initiatives by identifying workflow gaps and recommending solutions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in all interactions.
Assist management with performance monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
MBA is an added advantage.
5–7 years of relevant experience in back office operations, customer service operations, or administrative roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Solid understanding of ERP systems with the ability to extract and interpret data.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Highly organized, coordinated, and detail-oriented.
