Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Back Office Customer Service Executive to support and enhance our operations.

  • The successful candidate will function in a senior capacity, handling complex administrative processes, coordinating internal activities, and ensuring efficient data management.

  • Strong Excel proficiency, superb writing skills, and the ability to work with ERP systems to extract and interpret information are essential.

  • Candidates with 4–5 years of relevant experience are preferred, and an MBA is an added advantage.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide senior-level back office support for customer service and operational activities.

  • Utilize ERP software to extract, analyze, and interpret operational and performance data.

  • Prepare accurate Excel reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries.

  • Draft professional correspondence, internal communications, and administrative documentation.

  • Coordinate seamlessly across departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and operational efficiency.

  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying workflow gaps and recommending solutions.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in all interactions.

  • Assist management with performance monitoring and reporting.



Requirements




  • MBA is an added advantage.

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in back office operations, customer service operations, or administrative roles.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

  • Solid understanding of ERP systems with the ability to extract and interpret data.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Highly organized, coordinated, and detail-oriented.

  • Respectful, mature, and professional demeanor suited for a senior role.
