A leading Media & marketing client is looking for a CRO/CCO to join their team. Reporting to the CEO, the CRO will drive the clients commercial growth in Nigeria and support its Pan-African expansion.
The role focuses on leading sales, hitting revenue targets, and building a high-performing commercial team across digital media, branded content, events, and influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all revenue growth and deliver consistent double-digit sales performance.
Build, coach, and scale a top-tier commercial team.
Grow key accounts across FMCG, Telco, Finance, Fintech, Crypto, Betting, and Entertainment.
Develop and monetize new digital and branded content products.
Shape and execute Nigeria and Pan-African revenue strategy.
Represent the client with major brands, agencies, and at industry events.
Requirements
Strong track record in digital media, product commercialization, and sales leadership.
Deep understanding of digital ecosystems and monetization models.
Strong networks in Nigeria/Africa and ability to build scalable client solutions.
Strategic and hands-on, entrepreneurial, data-driven, and trusted by stakeholders.
Experience in betting, crypto, or fintech is a plus
