We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities




  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish

  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables

  • Manage project budgets, resources, and documentation

  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment

  • Track project performance and provide regular progress reports

  • Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards

  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and stakeholder communications



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an added advantage

  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing projects

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Proficiency with project management tools and software
