We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with exceptional multitasking abilities and a high level of discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Conduct research and compile information for decision-making
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism
- High level of discretion, initiative, and reliability
