Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Client Experience:




  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients (hospitals, labs, diagnostic centres).

  • Respond promptly to enquiries, complaints, and service requests.

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience across all interactions.



Scheduling & Coordination:




  • Schedule equipment installations, preventive maintenance visits, and service interventions.

  • Assign clients to engineers based on urgency, location, and availability.

  • Confirm appointments and follow up on completion to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Track installation progress and escalate delays where necessary.



Debt Recovery & Payment Follow-up:




  • Monitor outstanding invoices and overdue payments.

  • Communicate with clients professionally to ensure timely payment of invoices.

  • Follow-up on repayment timelines at the due dates to ensure Customers do not defaults.

  • Keep detailed records of follow-up communication and payment commitments.

  • Work with Finance to reconcile payments and update account status.



Reporting:




  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on customer service activities, client feedback, installation status, and debt recovery performance.

  • Maintain accurate client and transaction records.



Requirements




  • B.Sc Degree / HND in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years experience in customer service, debt recovery, admin support, or similar roles.

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong follow-up ability and client relationship skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical equipment sales is an added advantage.



Salary

N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
