This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos for an Administrative and Human Resource Officer.
The role involves managing day-to-day administrative operations, supporting staff, managing volunteers and ensuring smooth workflow.
Key tasks include handling communication, coordinating schedules, providing administrative assistance, offering customer support services, and maintaining organized records for efficient operations.
The selected candidate will also play an integral role in supporting human resource functions, including employee relations, staff and volunteer management, and onboarding.
Qualifications
Strong General Administration and people management skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
Proficienceiin documentation and report writing
Proficiency in Organization Skills to manage schedules, records, and overall workflow
Knowledge of human resource practices and procedures is an advantage
Proficiency in using office productivity software and tools
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Experience in a non-profit or healthcare-related sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
