Assist in the day-to-day running of the organization; liaise with vendors, see to staff welfare and benefits, assist with organizing events and carrying out activities
Assist in the documentation of office running expenses
Help in the management of the cash book and other accounting books
Assist the Finance office in reviewing expense memos from each department
Assist the finance office in reviewing expense memos from each department
Assist in the preparation of budgets, notes and narratives for proposals
Negotiation and relation with vendors and support operational management processes.
Requirements
Academic qualification in the administrative / finance field, average proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and desk research
Excellent communication skills, ability to take initiative, creative and innovative
Administrative skills, including good time, people and resource management
Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
Basic understanding of financial analysis, budgeting and financial reporting.
