Job Summary




  • DreamCity Group is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and drive the operational excellence and growth of our diversified portfolio.

  • The COO will be responsible for aligning and executing the strategic vision across the companies within the Group. This role demands a dynamic leader with proven experience in operational management, business development, investment strategy, and digital transformation.



Key Responsibilities




  • Ensure the achievement of the group’s business growth targets in alignment with overall corporate goals.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business development, sales growth, and profitability.

  • Spearhead the mass adoption of REIT investment’s webapp, coordinating strategies to achieve the company’s goal of active users.

  • Develop and execute investment strategies to maximize returns for investors.

  • Manage fundraising activities and investor relations to syndicate capital for real estate investment projects.

  • Lead due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities and acquisitions.

  • Oversee administrative, sales, marketing, and project management functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Implement risk management strategies to safeguard investor interests and organizational assets.

  • Optimize operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve efficiency across the group.

  • Provide regular reports to the relevant stakeholders on operational performance and progress toward strategic goals.



Requirements




  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in operations, business development, or investment management, preferably within the real estate, investment, or hospitality sectors.

  • Proven track record of successfully driving digital adoption and managing large-scale user growth initiatives.

  • Demonstrated expertise in fundraising, investor relations, and investment strategy execution.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in real estate development and financial investments.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
