Job Description
Our client is seeking a results-driven and experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen the Human Resources function within the Manufacturing Plant. If you have a strong background in HR Business Partnering, talent management, and organizational development, this role offers the opportunity to shape the workforce and support business growth.
The primary responsibility of the HR Manager is to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes that support business objectives. This role is critical to workforce planning, capability development, employee relations, culture building, and ensuring full compliance with statutory HR standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing the annual HR budget to support recruitment, benefits, training, and employee wellness.
- Leading workforce planning efforts to ensure staffing aligns with current and future business needs.
- Providing HR business partnering support to leadership to ensure HR strategy aligns with organizational goals.
- Driving the performance management process and supporting managers in improving productivity and team output.
- Interpreting and implementing HR policies to ensure consistency, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
- Managing grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary cases to promote a positive work environment.
- Leading talent acquisition, retention, career development, and succession planning activities.
- Designing employee engagement initiatives that strengthen morale, promote industrial harmony, and improve retention.
- Reviewing HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights and strategic HR reports.
- Ensuring 100% compliance with statutory requirements and HR policy standards.
- Working with the training team to deliver learning and capability-building programs across the workforce.
- Facilitating strong working relationships between employees and management to maintain industrial harmony.
- Championing company culture, values, and the pay-for-performance philosophy across all departments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7-10 years HR experience, including at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and HR operations within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and HR analytics tools.
