Job Summary




  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company.

  • The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong organizational and analytical skills.



Key Responsibilities




  • Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals.

  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and cash flow statements.

  • Monitor petty cash and maintain proper documentation of expenses.

  • Support with payroll preparation and statutory remittances.

  • Assist the accountant or finance manager during audits and financial reviews.

  • Ensure all financial data is organized and easily accessible.



Requirements




  • OND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) is an added advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

  • Candidates must reside within or close to Mushin
