Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
Manage reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on room status.
Handle guest requests, provide information, and resolve issues.
Maintain lobby cleanliness and follow hotel policies.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
Good communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
