Summary




  • Responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins/ check-outs, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service at the hotel front desk.



Key Responsibilities




  • Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.

  • Manage reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries.

  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on room status.

  • Handle guest requests, provide information, and resolve issues.

Qualifications
