Role Overview




  • The Administrative Officer will provide central support to the group by managing day to day office operations and all internal and external correspondence for Lery Hago Travels Weaves by Lery and LH Homes.

  • This person will ensure that communication is well documented, that information flows smoothly between teams and that the office runs in an organized and professional way.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls emails messages and official correspondence for the three brands

  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems for documents records and contracts

  • Support the preparation of letters reports presentations and internal memos

  • Coordinate office activities meetings and basic logistics for the brands

  • Liaise with clients vendors and partners in a professional and timely manner

  • Support onboarding documentation and basic staff records in collaboration with management

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment

  • Assist with simple finance support tasks such as petty cash records and basic reconciliations as assigned

  • Ensure the office environment remains tidy professional and ready to receive clients and partners

  • Provide administrative support on special projects and events across the brands as needed



Required Skills and Experience




  • Previous experience in an administrative role in a corporate hospitality travel beauty or service environment

  • Strong organizational and record keeping skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Confident use of email Microsoft Office and basic online tools

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests at the same time

  • Strong attention to detail and follow through

  • Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills with staff clients and vendors



Preferred Profile




  • Experience supporting more than one brand or business unit at the same time

  • Familiarity with customer facing service businesses such as travel agencies

  • salons or real estate

  • Comfort working in a growing entrepreneurial environment
