Job description

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and service standards.


• Develop and introduce unique, creative, and seasonal signature cocktails that enhance the guest experience.


• Ensure consistent drink quality, including taste, presentation, and portion accuracy, in every service.


• Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner, offering personalized beverage recommendations based on their preferences.


• Set up and close down the bar daily, ensuring all equipment, tools, and ingredients are properly arranged and fully operational.


• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized bar environment at all times, in line with safety and sanitation requirements.


• Monitor and restock glassware, garnishes, tools, and supplies to support smooth and uninterrupted bar operations.
