Job Profile
- To manage the strategic, tactical, and operational activities of the branch to ensure sustainable profitability and social impact.
- Lead customer acquisition and management by driving positive customer experience
- Ensure fidelity to extant policies, controls, and regulations
- Provide quality leadership to the branch team.
- Prepare and present performance reports covering all aspect of the branch at regular interval
Key Performance Indicators
Successful candidate will be expected to:
- Deliver on agreed annual performance budget for the branch
- Deliver positive customer and employee experiences
- Embrace positive risk and compliance culture
Requirements
- Minimum of at least 10years experience, the last five years within the Microfinance subsector.
- Such experience should be fairly distributed between operations, risk, and sales.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of best practices in MFB operations and management.
- Superb understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent people and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of statutory requirements.
- A very high level of commercial awareness
