Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and drive product sales


• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets


• Display and arrange products


• Provide accurate product info and pricing


• Manage payments, receipts, and basic inventory


• Handle customer complaints professionally


• Support stock count activities

Requirements:

• OND/NCE minimum


• 1–2 years retail sales experience (electronics/FMCG is an advantage)


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Target-driven, energetic, and proactive


• Basic POS/inventory knowledge
