SIAO Partners is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant for our Financial Advisory practice. This role is built for a strategic thinker who thrives where numbers tell stories, businesses evolve, and insight becomes impact. You will work closely with clients across diverse sectors, providing advisory that strengthens decisions, sharpens strategy, and fuels sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory and Project Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end financial advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery across valuations, due diligence, business plans, feasibility studies, restructuring, and capital advisory.

  • Develop financial models that illuminate scenarios, stress-test assumptions, and support investor-ready recommendations.

  • Conduct sector analyses and market assessments to guide client decisions with clarity and precision.

  • Provide strategic insights on capital structure, risk assessment, and financial improvement opportunities.

Business Development and Relationship Management

  • Manage and deepen client relationships, embodying SIAO’s commitment to partnership and excellence.

  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and thought-leadership contributions that position the firm as a trusted advisor.

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the Financial Advisory practice.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Supervise junior consultants and analysts, ensuring structured workflow, technical accuracy, and professional development.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Audit, Tax, Risk, ESG, and Advisory) to deliver integrated client solutions.

  • Uphold the firm’s quality standards, methodologies, and client service culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

  • A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) is required.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services.

  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and report-writing abilities.

  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
