Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute daily field sales calls
- Ensure every client is contacted at least once a month via phone, visit, email etc.
- Ensure every client is visited and seen at least once every quarter
- Ensure relevant renewal notices are sent to clients in a timely manner for time-tenured documents
- Facilitate timely, consistent and proactive support for the provision and prompt delivery of policy documents, and any other relevant document, payment receipts and other customer related documents.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Resolve queries and enquiries from both existing and prospective clients
- Facilitate the provision of product quotes to prospect
REQUIREMENTS:
- Atleast NYSC discharge certificate
- Atleast 8 years of working experience
