Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive the acquisition of new corporate and retail clients across Lagos.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Present and market Markfema health plans to key decision-makers.
Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, mentor, and supervise Lagos-based sales executives.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure productivity.
- Organize regular sales meetings and training sessions.
- Motivate and guide the team toward achieving collective targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
- Resolve client challenges promptly and effectively.
- Conduct periodic client visits and satisfaction checks.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze the Lagos health insurance market and competition.
- Develop tailored sales strategies for different client segments.
- Provide timely feedback and insights to management for planning and decision-making.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions.
- Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities.
Requirements & QualificationsMust-Have:
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in HMO, Insurance, or Healthcare sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Lagos business environment and corporate structures.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling health plans to corporate organizations.
- Existing network of corporate clients in Lagos.
- Ability to design and execute effective sales strategies.
