The Zonal Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the entire Lagos zone’s sales and marketing operations, driving revenue generation, market penetration, and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
Implement zonal sales strategies and deliver revenue targets.
Acquire new corporate and retail clients across the Lagos market.
Build and manage relationships with brokers, HR decision makers, and key stakeholders.
Supervise the zonal team and monitor performance.
Prepare market intelligence reports and sales forecasts.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues across service teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
6–8 years sales/marketing experience; Lagos market experience is an advantage.
Proven record of achieving targets in competitive markets.
