The Head of marketing will lead marketing strategy, corporate acquisition, business growth, and retention across Abuja and the northern region. He/she will be responsible for leading high-value deals, partnerships, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans.
Lead corporate negotiations and acquisition of major accounts.
Strengthen stakeholder relationships across private and government sectors.
Oversee account management, ensuring excellent customer experience and retention.
Monitor performance, market trends, and competition to shape strategy.
Supervise and mentor the Abuja marketing team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage.
8–10 years senior marketing experience, ideally in an HMO.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and business networking skills.
