About the Role
- We are looking for an HR & Administrative Executive to support our HR operations and office management.
- This role ensures smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy compliance, and efficient day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Support performance management, staff welfare, and HR policy implementation.
- Oversee office operations, logistics, vendor management, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and coordinate internal communications.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc / HND in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of HR or administrative experience; SME or technical environments advantageous.
- CIPM, SHRM, or other HR certifications are a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations skills.
- Office management, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.
- Excellent communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
