About the Role




  • We are looking for an HR & Administrative Executive to support our HR operations and office management.

  • This role ensures smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy compliance, and efficient day-to-day administrative operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.

  • Support performance management, staff welfare, and HR policy implementation.

  • Oversee office operations, logistics, vendor management, and documentation.

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and coordinate internal communications.



Qualifications & Experience




  • B.Sc / HND in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields.

  • 2–5 years of HR or administrative experience; SME or technical environments advantageous.

  • CIPM, SHRM, or other HR certifications are a plus.



Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations skills.

  • Office management, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.

  • Excellent communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
