About the Role
- We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to ensure exceptional service across all customer touchpoints.
- This role manages inquiries, resolves complaints, coordinates with internal teams, and drives improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels.
- Coordinate customer onboarding, project follow-ups, and post-service satisfaction checks.
- Monitor service quality, track metrics, and document customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide clear communication, guidance, and support on products and services.
- Recommend process improvements and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or related fields.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service or customer experience roles.
- Experience in solar, FMCG, telecoms, or service industries is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused, organized, and able to multitask in high-volume environments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
