Position Summary




  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with 3+years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, and REIT investment fundraising.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, achieving sales targets, and contributing to our capital raising initiatives while leveraging their financial sector experience.



Key Responsibilities




  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads through strategic prospecting and networking activities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for property sales and investment products

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for real estate developments and REIT offerings

  • Prepare and present compelling investment proposals to potential clients and investors

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, institutional investors, and banking partners

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in real estate and REIT sectors

  • Collaborate with the investment team on capital fundraising initiatives for REIT portfolios

  • Organize and participate in investment seminars, property showcases, and industry events

  • Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline in CRM system

  • Provide regular sales performance reports and market feedback to management



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales and business development within real estate development/construction

  • Demonstrable experience in REIT investment portfolio support and capital fundraising activities

  • Additional experience in banking, finance, or investment sectors required

  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and generating quality leads

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Candidates must be between 30-40 years of age.

  • Professional certification in sales, marketing, or finance (CIBN, CIS, etc.)

  • Existing network of contacts in real estate investment and banking sectors

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
