Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves promoting company products/services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term growth.
- Present products/services to clients and clearly communicate value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems (an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
