We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves promoting company products/services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction from prospecting to closing.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term growth.

  • Present products/services to clients and clearly communicate value propositions.

  • Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy.

  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.



Qualifications




  • Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems (an advantage).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
