Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled, disciplined, and committed female tailors to join our fast-growing Ready-to-Wear and Custom Clothing Factory.
This role is strictly for serious tailors who can work independently, follow structure, meet daily production targets, and stay committed for a minimum of one (1) year.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sew high-quality garments with clean finishing, neat stitches, and excellent fitting.
- Work confidently on a wide range of styles including:
- Dresses (flare, straight, fitted, pleated)
- Two-pieces
- Jumpsuits
- Shirts
- Trousers
- Structured styles (preferred)
- Follow patterns, instructions, sketches, and samples correctly.
- Meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Make corrections or adjustments when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned work area and sewing machine.
- Work with the Operations Manager and Quality Control Officer to ensure all pieces meet Emerald’s high standards.
- Show discipline, punctuality, and respect for company rules.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must meet ALL requirements below:
Technical Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years active sewing experience.
- Ability to sew a wide range of styles without supervision.
- Ability to cut and sew accurately (pattern knowledge is a bonus).
- Experience working in a production-based or factory environment is an added advantage.
- Must be fast, neat, and highly detailed.
Behavioral Requirements
- Must be disciplined, teachable, and consistent.
- Must resume work on time daily.
- Must be willing to work with structure, rules, and quality checks.
- Must be available to work with us for at least one year — this is NOT a short-term job.
- Must be respectful, cooperative, and able to work as part of a team.
