Job Summary
- The Marketer is responsible for promoting Adron Homes and Properties’ real estate products, generating leads, building brand awareness, and supporting sales conversion.
- The role focuses on field and digital marketing activities that attract prospects, nurture interest, and drive visibility for company projects and developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market Adron Homes’ properties to potential and existing clients.
- Conduct field marketing activities, community activation, door-to-door awareness, and roadshows.
- Engage in online marketing activities, including social media posting, messaging, and lead generation.
- Conduct property awareness campaigns across designated territories or zones.
- Identify and engage potential clients through referrals, networking, and inquiries.
- Support sales executives in converting prospects into actual buyers by providing qualified leads.
- Attend marketing meetings, trainings, and strategy sessions.
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and marketing materials to targeted audiences.
- Participate in site inspections and open house events.
- Maintain accurate records of daily field activities, prospects, and feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer demand and provide feedback to management.
- Uphold the company’s brand image in all interactions with the public.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Business Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of OND / SSCE (with strong sales experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage people confidently and articulate the company’s value proposition.
- Passion for marketing and interest in real estate.
- Good knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and persuasive.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Must Reside within Lekki, Ikate, Jakande, Ajah, Sangotedo, Oniru, Victoria Island, Surulere, CMS, Broad Street, Agungi.
