Develop and achieve the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the business plan
Generate & close leads by identifying potential clients, engaging prospects, presenting solutions, and finalizing deals to achieve sales targets.
Tracking key sales metrics, analyzing performance, preparing timely and accurate reports for managements.
Creating and sending proposals, quotes and other sales documentation to clients.
Building and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Maintaining accurate and organized records of sales activities, client interactions and leads in CRM system.
Prompt reporting of activities to supervisor.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication, align sales strategies with business objectives, and provide comprehensive support for customer needs and service delivery.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure strategic marketing awareness and Marketing initiative across the region.
Developing Initiative to push sales and product awareness of the company’s products and services.
Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of company products in the market, competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities.
Meeting stakeholders in the oil and gas sector.
Attending industry events, conferences and tradeshows to enhance brand visibility, network and generate leads.
Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents).
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc. or HND in any field with 3-5 years’ sales experience in oil and gas sector.
Existing customer base in relevant industry is an advantage.
Willing to travel around Western Nigeria 40%
Must have very good knowledge of Western region.
Candidate must reside in Lagos
Must have a good understanding of excel and other Microsoft office packages
