  • The project and finance analyst is a key member of the Advisory team.

  • The Project and Finance Analyst will work closely with project team to analyze project financials, monitor budget adherence, provide financial insights, and support decision-making processes.

  • The role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders.



Responsibilities




  • Conduct financial analysis on project budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and potential risks related to project finances.

  • Prepare regular financial reports, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario analysis.

  • Conduct comparable analysis, market research and industrial analysis.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for internal and external audiences.

  • Develop concept briefs, business plans, investment pitchbooks for company’s clients.

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects.

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop project budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Support the development of accurate financial forecasts and projections.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Review project documentation to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to project teams and management.

  • Communicate financial insights, trends, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project financial dashboards.

  • Provide recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline.

  • Experience in finance or project management, preferably in the investment or finance will be an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of financial principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis using Microsoft software.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
