The project and finance analyst is a key member of the Advisory team.
The Project and Finance Analyst will work closely with project team to analyze project financials, monitor budget adherence, provide financial insights, and support decision-making processes.
The role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis on project budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Identify trends, patterns, and potential risks related to project finances.
Prepare regular financial reports, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking.
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario analysis.
Conduct comparable analysis, market research and industrial analysis.
Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for internal and external audiences.
Develop concept briefs, business plans, investment pitchbooks for company’s clients.
Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects.
Collaborate with project teams to develop project budgets and financial forecasts.
Support the development of accurate financial forecasts and projections.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Review project documentation to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to project teams and management.
Communicate financial insights, trends, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project financial dashboards.
Provide recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
Experience in finance or project management, preferably in the investment or finance will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of financial principles, methodologies, and tools.
Knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis using Microsoft software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
