Job Summary




  • We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented Executive Cashier to manage daily cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and support smooth front-office operations.

  • The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and previous hands-on cashiering experience.



Key Responsibilities




  • Process customer payments accurately (cash, POS, transfers, USSD).

  • Issue receipts, balance cash drawers, and maintain daily financial records.

  • Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile POS settlement.

  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant service experience.

  • Maintain proper documentation of transactions and ensure zero cash discrepancies.

  • Report any POS or payment issues to the supervisor for quick resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with all company financial and operational procedures.

  • Support inventory checks and assist with store operations when needed.



Requirements




  • OND / HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1 – 2 years of proven experience as a cashier or front-desk officer.

  • Strong numerical accuracy and record-keeping ability.

  • Proficiency with POS terminals, cash handling, and basic Excel.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Must be reliable, trustworthy, and well-organized.

  • Must be available for immediate resumption.

  • Residing in or near Lekki is an added advantage.
