We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented Executive Cashier to manage daily cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and support smooth front-office operations.
The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and previous hands-on cashiering experience.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer payments accurately (cash, POS, transfers, USSD).
Issue receipts, balance cash drawers, and maintain daily financial records.
Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile POS settlement.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant service experience.
Maintain proper documentation of transactions and ensure zero cash discrepancies.
Report any POS or payment issues to the supervisor for quick resolution.
Ensure compliance with all company financial and operational procedures.
Support inventory checks and assist with store operations when needed.
Requirements
OND / HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
1 – 2 years of proven experience as a cashier or front-desk officer.
Strong numerical accuracy and record-keeping ability.
Proficiency with POS terminals, cash handling, and basic Excel.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Must be reliable, trustworthy, and well-organized.
