  • To lead the charge in discovering and developing new business opportunities.

  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting strategic outreach, and building valuable partnerships with businesses.

  • Your focus will be top-of-funnel: identifying leads, initiating conversations, and setting the foundation for long-term B2B relationships.



Responsibilities




  • Conduct market research to identify prospective B2B clients and underserved segments.

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking, social platforms).

  • Initiate conversations with decision-makers in target businesses and industries.

  • Identify client needs and propose how digital asset solutions can support them.

  • Develop and present customized pitches that articulate the business case for partnering with the company.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Executives by handing over qualified leads and supporting deal closure.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential business prospects using CRM tools.

  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand business relationships.

  • Provide regular feedback to internal teams on market insights, client pain points, and opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B outreach ideally in fintech or financial services.

  • Strong communication and research skills with a consultative approach to opportunity development.

  • Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable with cold outreach.

  • Ability to identify the right stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making processes.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales prospecting platforms.Interest in fintech, crypto, or the future of digital finance.
