About the Role




  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing fintech team.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delivering digital financial products, managing cross-functional teams, and driving end-to-end product development.

  • You will own product discovery, execution, go-to-market, and continuous improvement cycles.



Key Responsibilities




  • Contribute to product roadmap planning aligned with company goals.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities.

  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements.

  • Prepare PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

  • Lead agile ceremonies and work closely with engineering and design to deliver features on time.

  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, risk, marketing, and external partners.

  • Provide updates on product timelines, risks, and progress to stakeholders.

  • Track key product metrics such as adoption, usage, conversion, and revenue.

  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to drive continuous improvements.

  • Use data insights to prioritize features and fixes.

  • Support go-to-market planning, UAT, pilots, and onboarding activities.

  • Monitor product performance after launch and optimize as needed.



Requirements




  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech, payments, banking, or digital financial services.

  • Strong understanding of digital products such as wallets, cards, payment gateways, cros-border, lending, or biller products.

  • Ability to convert complex business problems into clear product solutions.

  • Good understanding of APIs, product integrations, and basic technical concepts.

  • Strong analytical ability with experience in SQL, dashboards, or product analytics tools (bonus).

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
