Job Description

• We are seeking passionate and skilled Early Years Educators with proven experience in Montessori and EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) methodologies to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities aligned with Montessori and EYFS standards.


• Create a safe, stimulating, and child-centered learning environment.


• Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress while tailoring learning to individual needs.


• Encourage creativity, independence, and problem-solving in young learners.


• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.


• Foster holistic development – academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth.


• Contribute to school-wide early years events and activities.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or related field.


• Formal training and hands-on experience in Montessori and EYFS methods (minimum of 2 years).


• Strong classroom management and child engagement skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
