Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, market research, and lead generation, with a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and expand market presence in solar and energy storage solutions.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, EPcs, and corporate clients.
- Develop proposals, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5+ years' business development/sales experience in the solar industry.
- Strong industry network and knowledge of renewable energy products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
