We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Onsite Digital Sales Executive to manage online enquiries, convert leads, and support customer engagement directly from our office. You will serve as the first point of contact for online prospects while also attending to walk-in customers. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about sales and ready to grow in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to enquiries across social media, website, WhatsApp, and email from the office.
Manage the full online sales process including lead follow-up, conversion, and CRM updates.
Provide excellent customer service both online and in person.
Attend to walk-in customers, share product information, handle enquiries, and complete sales.
Monitor conversion rates and suggest improvements to online sales funnels.
Maintain accurate sales and customer interaction records.
Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in online/digital sales or customer engagement.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Good understanding of online sales funnels and lead management.
Media or Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
Suitable for early-career professionals seeking hands-on onsite experience.
Must be available to work onsite Monday to Saturday.
