As we continue to expand our presence in Calabar , Anambra and Delta, we are seeking a passionate, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales Team Lead to guide and strengthen our sales operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Sales Executives within Calabar, Anambra and Delta.
- Drive customer acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new customers.
- Promote Oxygen’s loan, credit, and financial solutions to individuals and businesses.
- Ensure both Individual sales targets and team sales targets are consistently met.
- Monitor team performance and ensure weekly and monthly sales goals are achieved.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends within Calabar, Anambra and Delta.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
- Provide coaching, field support, and performance feedback to team members.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
- Ensure the team complies with company policies, sales processes, and operational standards.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (minimum qualification: OND).
- Proven experience in sales or marketing; experience in financial services is an advantage.
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and highly motivated, with a passion for developing sales teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must reside in Calabar, Anambra and Delta or be willing to relocate.
