Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development
  
  
  
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
  
  
  • Conduct market research to find potential clients and understand industry trends.
  
  
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations.
  
  
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  
  
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  
  
  
  


• Customer Relationship Management
  
  
  
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  
  
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up after orders.
  
  
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  
  
  • Maintain an updated client database (CRM).
  
  
  
  


• Marketing & Promotion
  
  
  
  • Promote the company’s printing services (digital printing, offset printing, large-format printing, packaging, etc.).
  
  
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
  
  
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns, ads, and promotional activities.
  
  
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
  
  
  
  


• Coordination & Administration
  
  
  
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate job specifications and timely delivery.
  
  
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting, and market feedback.
  
  
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
