Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaigns:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote printing services and products.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Manage social media content and campaigns to increase engagement and generate inquiries.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling content related to print products (e.g., business cards, brochures, banners, apparel).
- Design promotional graphics, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Write SEO-friendly copy for website pages, blogs, and product descriptions.
SEO & Website Management:
- Perform keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Monitor website performance, rankings, and traffic analytics.
- Collaborate with web developers to improve site UX and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI).
- Generate monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
- Adjust campaigns based on data to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
Customer Engagement & Lead Management:
- Manage online inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
- Use CRM tools to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- Build email marketing funnels for promotions, seasonal offers, and new product announcements.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
- Stay updated on digital trends and competitive activity in the printing industry.
