WAREHOUSE PRODUCTS & SERVICES MARKETING OFFICERS – TRADE FAIR COMPLEX, OJO.
A Warehouse Products and Services Marketing Officer's responsibilities in a Warehouse encompass building relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service, while also staying updated on products and market trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strong relationships with clients and customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach and convert them.
- Effectively demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of warehouse products and services to potential customers.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collect feedback from customers to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
- Products Knowledge & Market Awareness of Warehouse Goods and Services.
- Be able to demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of various products to customers.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide insights into sales performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- HND/B.Sc/OND/NCE/. in relevant fields
- Sales/Marketing of FMCG products is an added advantage
- Must be ready to start work as soon as possible.
