The Head of Business (Restaurant) is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall commercial success, strategic expansion, and operational excellence of Bukka Hut's entire restaurant business.
This leader will carry full Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability for all outlets and ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
An MBA is a strong advantage.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in the QSR space, with at least 5 years overseeing a multi-unit restaurant chain or QSR/Retail network.
Proven track record of managing multi-million Naira P&L statements and demonstrably improving commercial performance (revenue and margins) across multiple business units.
Deep, verifiable experience in the Nigerian QSR or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred.
Exceptional analytical abilities, advanced proficiency in business planning, operational auditing, and performance management software.
