About the Role

• The company is looking for a Supervisor who can take charge of daily operations, monitor staff performance, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities.


• Ensure staff follow procedures, service standards, and company rules.


• Monitor goods, stock movement, and usage.


• Report shortages, damages, or mismanagement.


• Support the accountant in tracking stock and cash-related activities.


• Correct staff when necessary and prevent misconduct by working hand in hand with HR.


• Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in any related field.


• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is compulsory.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to speak up, enforce discipline, and maintain standards.
