- The Product Marketer sits at the centre of product, brand, and growth.
- You’ll be responsible for crafting clear messaging, creating content that converts, understanding user needs, and driving adoption among buyers and sellers.
- You’ll work closely with the founding team, meaning your work will directly shape how millions of Nigerians discover and trust SAFETRANSACT.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and refine SAFETRANSACT’s product messaging across all channels.
- Create compelling video content, social media campaigns, and product explainers that increase product adoption.
- Conduct customer and market research to deeply understand buyer and vendor behaviour.
- Lead go-to-market execution for new features, updates, and product releases.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure user insights shape product decisions.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, CVR, retention) and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Develop and execute growth experiments, including referral programs, onboarding flows, and targeted campaigns.
- Represent the product in brand videos, user education clips, and marketing content (very preferred).
Qualifications

- Strong experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to craft clear, compelling stories for different audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media, short-form video, and performance content.
- Ability to analyse data, identify insights, and optimise campaigns.
- Experience with user research or customer interviews (bonus).
- Experience with fintech, e-commerce, or product-led growth (bonus but not required).
- A proactive mindset: someone who can own projects end-to-end.
