- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Nurture and manage key client accounts, understanding their business needs and aligning services accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's sales strategies
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for Improvement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and maximize client satisfaction.
- Certification in Sales or Account Management is advantageous
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on key account management, preferably within the technology solutions or IT services industry. Proven track record of client relationship management.
