Job Purpose
- To perform responsibilities such as training new franchisees, providing operational support, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and possibly assisting with marketing or financial management related to franchise operations.
- These roles are crucial for maintaining consistency and quality across franchise locations.
Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
- Guide new franchisees through the complete store opening process, from pre-opening setup to grand launch, ensuring all brand, safety, and operational requirements are met.
- Deliver standardized QSR training to franchisees and their teams on food safety, service protocols, POS systems, inventory management, and crew scheduling.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to evaluate store operations, including food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, staff execution, and customer experience.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to brand standards across all franchise locations through scheduled and unannounced audits.
- Provide hands-on coaching and performance feedback to franchisees and store managers to improve daily operations and team effectiveness.
- Analyse key performance indicators (e.g., labor cost, food cost, waste, customer satisfaction, sales trends) and support underperforming units with actionable improvement plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between assigned franchisees and corporate departments (Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Training).
- Provide support to operational challenges such as staffing shortages, equipment issues, or supply delays and connect franchisees with appropriate internal resources for resolution.
- Support franchisees in planning and executing approved local marketing initiatives, community events, and digital promotions while maintaining brand consistency.
- Deliver refresher and update training on new menu items, technology platforms and service enhancements as they are rolled out.
- Identify skill gaps among franchisee teams and recommend or facilitate additional training, resources, or peer-learning opportunities.
- Gather and relay frontline feedback from franchisees on market conditions, customer preferences, competitor activity, and system pain points to inform corporate strategy.
- Assist high-performing franchisees with renewal applications, store remodels, or multi-unit expansion by showcasing performance data and reinforcing brand partnership value.
- Respond promptly to urgent issues including health inspections, customer complaints, or PR concerns and coordinate cross-functional support to protect brand reputation and business continuity.
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of new franchisees onboarded.
- Number of franchise units opened.
- Number of franchisees supported through remodels, relocations, or technology upgrades.
- Number of strategic partnership engagement initiated for expansion etc
- Brand Compliance.
Job Specifications
Educational Requirements:
- A minimum of a university degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
Professional Requirements:
- Possession of any relevant professional qualification is essential.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Understanding franchising principle, add knowledge of franchise life cycle,
- Knowledge of franchise prospecting,
- Ability to evaluate business proposal.
- Financial viability of potential franchisees

Working Conditions:
- Jobholder typically works 5 days per week, as production operations compliments store operation and may involve long hours especially when production deadlines must be met.
