Job Description

• Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch);receiving and storing shipments from suppliers.


• Managing inventory accuracy rate.


• Picking and packing orders for branches or walk-in customers.


• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, compliance with safety standards.


• Conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.


• Assisting with order fulfillment and shipping processes (order fulfillment speed and accuracy).


• Reduction in stock discrepancies/damages by maintaining accurate inventory records and conduct audits.


• Implementing safety protocols, such as proper storage and handling procedures.


• Adhering to regulations and standards for device storage and distribution, etc.


• Ensure timely distribution of devices and accessories to nationwide branches.


• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff.


• In conclusion, he or she would be Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and disbursing products or materials, while ensuring efficient coordination amongst the staff.


• Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees and goods.


• Their work ensures that goods are properly stored, handled, and delivered to branches/customers in a timely and safe manner.

Requirements

• Should possess B.Sc or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or any other related discipline.


• Should have at least 2 years experience in warehouse/logistics supervisory role.


• Must have completed NYSC.


• Possess expert knowledge of Microsoft office packages, ERP or FOCUS software.


• Must be punctual and detailed.


• Candidates should not be aabove 35 years of age.
