Role Description




  • We are looking for a Programs and Strategic Partnerships Manager who will lead the structure, execution, and growth of our programs as well as build high-level partnerships that move the Cirvee vision forward.

  • A major part of this role involves grant acquisition, fundraising, donor relations, and securing sponsorships for our various programs, especially Cirvee Africa, Cirvee Teens, and Tech Cirvee Fest. You will create proposals, identify funding opportunities, manage partner pipelines, and ensure impactful collaborations with institutions, organizations, government bodies, and private-sector brands.

  • You will work closely with the CEO to bring big ideas to life and expand the reach, credibility, and sustainability of Cirvee.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead program planning, execution, and management across all Cirvee arms

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of grants, donors, sponsors, and funding partners

  • Research and identify local and international grant opportunities

  • Write compelling grant applications, concept notes, proposals, and fundraising documents

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, funders, and stakeholders

  • Coordinate sponsorship drives for events, festivals, training programs, and community initiatives

  • Represent Cirvee in meetings, presentations, and official engagements

  • Create structured execution plans, timelines, and reporting frameworks for programs

  • Track program performance and prepare reports for funders and leadership

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of funded and partnered projects

  • Support the CEO with high-level negotiations, partnership activation, and growth initiatives

  • Build collaborations with schools, organizations, government agencies, tech communities, and NGOs



Qualifications




  • Proven experience in grants management, fundraising, partnerships, donor relations, or programs management

  • Strong proposal writing, storytelling, and presentation skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Experience securing sponsorships, grant funding, or corporate partnerships

  • Strong understanding of program design, execution, and reporting

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines at once

  • Confident, organized, and able to represent the brand professionally

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • Project or program management certification is a plus
