- We are looking for a professional and welcoming School Receptionist to join our administrative team.
- As the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient front-office operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage phone calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars
- Handle correspondence including emails, letters, and packages
- Maintain student and staff records with confidentiality
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with school events and parent-teacher meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in reception or administrative roles (school environment preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a busy, dynamic environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software
