Description




  • The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensures exceptional customer service, and supports the Executive Chef by providing timely reports.

  • This role requires strong leadership, multitasking ability, and a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities




  • Supervise restaurant staff and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve client issues promptly.

  • Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving set targets.

  • Prepare and submit operational reports to the Executive Chef.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

  • Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.

  • Handle service-facing clients professionally and fluently.

  • Implement innovative ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.



Qualifications




  • Education: Minimum of OND / HND qualification or equivalent in Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • Experience: Previous experience in restaurant supervision or similar role.
