The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensures exceptional customer service, and supports the Executive Chef by providing timely reports.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise restaurant staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving set targets.
Prepare and submit operational reports to the Executive Chef.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.
Handle service-facing clients professionally and fluently.
Implement innovative ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum of OND / HND qualification or equivalent in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in restaurant supervision or similar role.
